There’s more to Scotland than kilts and bag pipes. I’m not saying those cultural markers aren’t present, but I found a lot more to the country than Mel Gibson’s Braveheart led me to believe. From scotch tasting to gourmet dining, Scotland’s capital city is a destination worth visiting.
